1437人关注 Administrative paperwork and acting as a point of contact for the core teams in a foreign country. Caring for LMV staff being trained abroad:
o Administrate, manage payments in accommodation, transportation, ad hoc activities such as team building, dinners, etc.
o Support check-in and check-out at hotel / apartment.
o Responsible for handling any situation that may occur with any of the core team members. Such as:
? Conflicts occur between the team members and know when to escalate to Moulding, Packing and Quality heads.
? Reorganize / relocate team members if and when needed.
? Make agreement with local doctor and dentist – on possibility for taking them there if needed.
o Be the go-to person for any personal needs and be able to handle it
o Have weekly check in on how it goes in each assigned room. (caring check)
o Show them where to go to buy food
o Show them where to do sports (how to get access to fitness etc.)
o Help arrange social activities and plan for a bigger weekend activity for the full team once a month.
o Prepare first aid kit and responsible for replacing or adding as needed.
o Prepare hygiene kit.
o Explain to them and make a guide of nearby restaurants, relaxing areas, recreational parks, leisure activities.
o Ensure they understand the way from and to the factory and the transportation method is arranged.
o Coordinate with Jiaxing Finance and BSO on any financial matters like TEM claims, Vendor payments etc.
需求：
? Executive Assistant skills
? Strong experience in administrating resources, agenda, documents (invoices), etc.
? Strong problem-solving. Timely response in case of urgence.
? Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate with Local people effectively
? Ability to work well in a team
? Time flexibility (sometimes support for weekend shifts if needed)
? Fluent communication
? Fluent in Vietnamese-Chinese (Writing and Speaking) is required. Can Communicate in English is a plus
? Attention to detail.
