一、学院介绍

南京大学计算机学科是我国最早建立的计算机学科之一，学科整体处于国内前列。软件工程、机器学习等方向在与国际同台竞争中形成了特色与优势，在国内外产生重要影响。建立了国内首批计算机博士点、首批国家重点学科、首批国家一级重点学科、首批双一流建设学科；计算机软件新技术国家重点实验室近十五年连续三次获评优秀、国内计算机领域第一。

本系立足国际前沿、面向国家重大需求，围绕新型程序设计与软件方法学、机器学习与智能化信息处理、分布计算与系统安全、媒体计算与内容处理、理论计算机科学等方向，实现了基础研究引领创造技术新突破，建成了包括中国科学院院士、欧洲科学院院士、acm/aaai/ieeefellow、长江/杰青/国家特聘7人和四青14人在内的“战略科学家引领、中坚聚力攻关、青年潜心克难”的拔尖人才队伍。

二、招聘岗位设置

南京大学计算机科学与技术系拟面向全球招聘有志于从事计算机学科各主要研究方向的优秀青年人才到学院工作。本次拟招聘1名长聘副教授、4名准聘助理教授，研究方向包括：计算机软件与理论、计算机系统与安全、计算机应用技术。

三、申请条件

2.具有良好的师德师风，恪守学术道德，勤勉工作，无犯罪记录，无违反师德师风和学术道德惩处记录；

3.一流的学术背景：具有相关学科领域的博士学位，具有一流教学科研机构的学习、工作经验，熟悉相关领域国际前沿的研究动态。其中准聘助理教授要求（博士毕业从事学术研究两年以上）；

4.出色的教学能力：应具有能够胜任本专业核心基础课程和前沿课程的教学能力，掌握良好的教学方法，具有较强的语言表达能力；

5.突出的科研成果显示度与未来科研发展潜力：应有相关研究方向的成果显示度，对相关研究领域有原创性观点，未来研究计划思路清晰，具有较好的学术潜力。

iii.qualifications

theapplicantshould

(2)goodprofessionalethicsandnobleindividualvirtues,abidebytheacademicnorms,workwithduediligence,havenocriminalrecordandhavenorecordofviolatingteachingethicsandacademicethics;

(3)haveafirst-ratebackgroundinacademictraining,specifically,haveaphddegreeincomputerscienceorarelatedarea,experienceinstudyingand/orworkingatfirst-rateteachingandresearchinstitutions,postdoctoralexperienceatworldleadinginstitutionswillbeaplus.andhaveknowledgeofthelatestinternationaltrendsanddevelopmentintherelevantresearchfield(s).theapplicantforassistantprofessorshouldhaveengagedinacademicresearchformorethantwoyearsafterreceivingthedoctoraldegree;

(4)haveoutstandingteachingabilities—astrongrecordofresearchpublicationsanddemonstrationofteachingabilityarealsoessential.theapplicantshouldbeabletoteachcoreandfrontlinecoursesinthecorrespondingdiscipline,andhavesoundteachingmethodologyandstrongverbalskills;
