南京大学大气科学学科成立于1924年，是中国高校中历史最为悠久的大气科学专业，为国家重点学科、国家“双一流”建设学科，在历次学科评估以及各类学科排名中均名列前茅。学院拥有一支高水平的教师队伍，包括中国科学院院士3名、长江学者特聘教授2名、国家杰出青年科学基金获得者5名、国家级优秀青年人才11名。
学院面向国际科学前沿和服务国家重大需求，积极开展高水平科学研究和一流人才培养。拥有中尺度灾害性天气教育部重点实验室、大气与地球系统科学教育部国际合作联合实验室、江苏省气候变化协同创新中心、中国气象局-南京大学气候预测研究联合实验室、江苏南京长三角大气过程与环境变化国家野外科学观测研究站等科研平台，与国际一流高校和科研机构建立了长期的交流合作关系，具有较大的国际影响力。
二、招聘岗位设置
南京大学大气科学学院拟面向全球招聘有志于从事大气科学领域各主要研究方向的优秀青年人才到学院工作。本次拟招聘准聘副教授不超过2名、准聘助理教授不超过4名，特别优秀的高层次人才岗位另议。招聘研究方向包括：
（1）灾害性天气
（2）气候动力学与气候系统
（3）大气边界层与城市气象
（4）大气化学
（5）大气探测
（6）地球系统模式
（7）人工智能与气象大数据
（8）气候变化影响评估与适应对策
三、申请条件
1.遵守中华人民共和国法律和法规，热爱教学科研事业；
2.具有良好的师德师风，恪守学术道德，勤勉工作，无犯罪记录，无违反师德师风和学术道德惩处记录；
3.一流的学术背景：具有相关学科领域的博士学位，具有一流教学科研机构的学习、工作经验，熟悉相关领域国际前沿的研究动态。其中准聘副教授和准聘助理教授分别要求博士毕业从事学术研究4年以上和2年以上，特别优异者可放宽年限。
4.出色的教学能力：具有胜任本专业核心基础课程和前沿课程的教学能力，掌握良好的教学方法，具有较强的语言表达能力；
5.突出的科研成果显示度与未来科研发展潜力：在相关研究方向有较为系统的研究积累和具有一定国际影响的创新性研究成果，未来研究计划思路清晰，具有较好的学术潜力。
